Our mission is to provide the best customer service every time you shop with us, however please do not lose your faith in us if you receive a product and do not like the fit, color or design. You can initiate a return request within 30 days of product delivery.
Our 30 day returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange purchased items for any reason within 30 days of receipt of the item. We only require that you don’t use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition.
Once we receive your returned product you will get a return confirmation via email. After that we will do a quality check of the product at our end and once product passes the quality check we will credit the amount you paid for the products to the same account in issuing bank through which the product was purchased. Refund can take up to 14 days to take effect. We request your tolerance during such circumstances. Similarly, during refunds, the full amount which had been charged is refunded irrelative of the conversion rate during refund. In some cases where an international credit card has been used, the Credit Card Issuing Company levies a charge on transactions including refund issued. The applicable charge is decided by the issuing bank and not by doyourfashion. Therefore, we are not responsible for such charges levied by the credit card Issuing bank during foreign transactions.
If the picked up product does not pass the quality check, we shall ship it back to you providing with the details of shipping information and check report by e-mail. If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost within next 14 business days. However all exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange. Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it to obtain refund and purchase the new item separately.
